We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team.
Job Description (June 2025)
School: SIAL.school, 154-156 Holland Park Avenue, W11 4UH
Contract: Part-time, Term-Time Only
Hours: 4 hours 30 minutes per day (Monday to Friday)
Working Time: Variable (between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm depending on school
needs)
Salary: £15,000

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, practical, and friendly Caretaker to join our school team. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of the school by ensuring that our buildings and grounds are safe, clean and well maintained. This position is part- time and term-time only, ideal for someone looking to contribute to a school community in a hands-on way.
Main Duties Will Include:
- Helping to keep the school site safe, clean, and in good working order
- Opening and closing parts of the school as needed
- Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
- Supporting with general upkeep of indoor and outdoor spaces
- Assisting with setting up for school events
- Helping with supervision and routines during lunchtime and break time
What We’re Looking For:
- A reliable, flexible, and practical individual
- Someone who takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the school community
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Basic maintenance experience (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to undertake safeguarding and first aid training
