Wraparound Care
At SIAL.school we believe it is important to support our children and their parents in any way we can and that is why we offer wraparound childcare on site.
Before-school Provision
We provide a before school provision from 8:00 AM.
From 8:00 AM parents/carers are able to come into the school and leave the children in the library, where members of our staff will supervise them until 8:20 AM when the children will be escorted to their classrooms.
Our Before-school Provision is free of charge and open to all children who attend the school from Nursery to Year 6.
Extended Hours Provision
Our Extended Hours Provision aims to support working parents and carers by providing after-school supervision for children until 6:00 PM.
This is different from our after-school clubs which are meant to extend the main curriculum and develop individual talents and interests, and which are offered at the end of the school day from Monday to Thursday.
Families who apply for the Extended Hours Provision have the possibility to leave their children in school every day, Monday to Friday, with members of our staff supervising them until 6:00PM. Children attending an after-school club can still benefit from the Extended Hours Provision after their chosen club ends and spend more time with their friends until pick-up time.
All the children will have the opportunity to mix with others from all year groups in a stimulating and happy environment, which promotes their learning and development.
Our Extended Hours Provision caters for all children from Nursery to Year 6 who attend the school and operates in term time only.
The cost of the service will be as follows:
– EYFS (3 hours per day): £75 per week
– KS1&KS2 (2 hours per day): £50 per week
Ad Hoc sessions may be offered at the price of £35 per day, or £10 per hour, if there is availability of places.

After-school Clubs
At SIAL.school children also have the option of attending a range of after-school clubs which include traditional sport and music clubs, as well as many other extra-curricular activities.
