How to Complete the Booking

To complete your booking, please watch the video tutorial and read the instructions below. The prices for each after-school club can be found in the PDF timetable available for download.

1. Select the Club:
   • Go to the club of interest on the list, then click the View Button
   • Check the descriptions and the start date and click on the Sign Up Button to enrol
2. Enter Your Email:
   • Input your email address and confirm it
3. In the New Window:
   • Add your child’s name.
   • The number of spots is automatically set to 1, so there’s no need to adjust it
   • Enter your phone number (ignore the checkbox, as text reminders are not available in the UK)
   • Click Save and Done to complete the process
4. Repeat for Other Clubs:
   • Repeat these steps for each additional club you need to sign up for
   • The system will automatically retrieve your previously entered details
5. Confirm Your Bookings:
   • Don’t forget to click Save at the top of the page to confirm all your bookings

For siblings, please use a separate email address to book each child, as each email is uniquely assigned to a participant.

Payment will be invoiced, as usual.
